IMPORTANT:

-The minimum quantity included in the package is 5 photos per athlete. However, you can receive much more depending on how many times you are photographed during the event. When you see our photographers, don't forget to pose!

-The selfie you upload when you buy this pre-sale will be used by the system to automatically search for photos of that person. For this reason, the package is personal and non-transferable

-If you do a search and notice that any of your photos were not included, DON'T WORRY! You can contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +57 316 773 1010 or write to us at yoquieromifotocolombia@gmail.com and we'll help you with the entire process. IF YOU PURCHASED IN PRE-ORDER, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING EXTRA

So that our system can find your photos using facial recognition, upload a selfie without glasses, with good lighting and definition, looking straight ahead and without other people in the photo.

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can request it up to 3 days before the event. We know that unforeseen events may not allow you to participate, so you can contact us and we will help you with the cancellation and return of your purchase

If after the event you don't receive a minimum of 5 photos included in your package, please contact us. We will review your photos again and, if we fail to complete the minimum offered, we will refund the amount paid for

Returns will be made within a maximum period of 7 business days.
